"ChiUniFi 4" the Official and Annual Chicago Headphone Get-together November 13th 2010
I'm sorry to have to do this at the last minute, but something came up last night and I won't be able to attend tomorrow. I hope the event goes well and hopefully I'll make it next year.- Volkum

I just read about this in the newsletter. I loved Canjam this year so I'm definitely going to attend this! I also have a friend from work who would like to come if there is room.- Volkum

I dislike the wasted space, overly white/bright color scheme, and the lack of bbcode (I'm not a WYSIWYG fan at all). On the other hand, I do like that some things were added, for instance, the wiki, which I'm sure will be used for DIY guides and such that were previously in forum threads.- Volkum

Linux for sound?
Stable support for X-fi cards was added a few kernel versions ago. Here's a shot of it in my 2.6.33 Gentoo kernel: You'll get basic functionality with the kernel drivers. You will not get the Creative audio panel or any Windows software features like Gaming/Audio Creation/Entertainment...- Volkum
