I know everyone's ear's are different in terms of hearing..I love the sound of my E2C's..maybe cuz they are my first inner ear style headphones..But in any even tfor all the type of music I play (techno, hip hop, jazz, new age etc) they sound great to me..Not a huge fan of bass either...

I own the E2C's, and like them ALOT..w/that said they were also my first canal earphone too...So I probably would have liked most anything for that matter. I DO like the foamies. So, what do people think of the E3C's compared to the E2C's I am curious how different they may feel and SOUND...

I have E2Cs, and I like them a lot, for me they are great. I like in ear isolation a lot. However, the one thing about the Shure's that gets on my nerves, is that when I travel in a plane and lean back, the cord is always getting tugged because it sit behind the head down your back...and it goes...

I was only willing to spend so much on headphones/earbuds..$100 was my limit. Incidently Todd at Headroom said they are going to carry the Senns PX250 and PX200...said the PX250 was good.

thanks a lot people..I have been pouring through all the sits..and finally realized that after much reading...after a while certain comments are subjective and it's hard to pick the right phone to start with. I think I am going to try Shure's E2C from headroom.com They sound like a good...

I think I have finally narrowed it down to the above 3 phones..oops..and the Sens MX500. I just can't afford Etymotics..too expesnive at 300 bucks. Of the above listed including the Sens MX500.. I will be using these with my Nomad Zen mp3 player btw..working out..casual...
