Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?
Hello! Need some advice. Looking for a new set to replace my old b&o e8. Or at least complement them. Will only be using for exercising (running, walks). At home or work i have other iems and headphones. I drive to work so won't need to drown out the noise from transport. Hopefully able to...- tskeng

Audio GD NFB-11.28 vs R2R 11
Great to know that! I was wondering if I should I take another step and add an iFi iematch in there in ultra mode, to get more allowance on the volume dial.- tskeng

Audio GD NFB-11.28 vs R2R 11
Hey, so I just received my HD6XX from Massdrop. Should I continue to use "Low Gain" or switch to using "High Gain"? At Low Gain, I'm able to have the volume dial around 10 O' clock position (that sweet spot). At High Gain, my ears could only tolerate at most at the 8 O' clock position. At High...- tskeng

Wait. Sorry, I wasn't too sure if I answered you correctly. To clarify, when you said "bore", do they refer to the below images? CP100: 3.8mm CP155: 5.5mm- tskeng

Well, it was kind of "buried six feet under stone cold flat", till I changed to cp155s. Now it's "you know I have the ability to deliver something different but now I'm staying neutral for you to take me as a benchmark!"- tskeng

I see. Would be great if I were to be able to meet you. Some of the staff at zep & co were taking references from you. And I too would agree with them. Must admit that my hyla ce-5 purchase was influenced by your listings.- tskeng

Hey Crinacle, the other day I was at Zep & co and I saw this fella with sporting a cap and was speaking to quite a few people. He had an ascent. Was that you? Did you go there on 20th?- tskeng

Massdrop PLUS Universal IEM
Sorry folks, here to rant a little. I couldn't find a good fitting ear tip that fits the MDP and I went to get foams. Although they fit well, the MDP sounded really.... flat and boring. I mean its a reference piece and I should've expected that more or less. Then today I tried the MDP with...- tskeng

Massdrop PLUS Universal IEM
I have the LG V20 and I don't know what the OI is. So I'm just going to go ahead to use my iFi xDSD with the MD+ or when I have time to get the iFi IEMatch. Interestingly, I can't really tell the difference when the MD+ is directly plugged to the V20 or when its plugged to the iFi xDSD. Perhaps...- tskeng
