Anyone? I have looked at some of the other threads of people asking for headphones in this price range but their musical tastes and what they are looking for are not similar at all and according to those threads and responses, that matters.

Yeah it took 2 listens but I got it right, equipment is a POS USB laptop speaker and onboard soundcard.   The trick for me was in the cymbals, they are far sharper in the 320, a more crisp sound, while the cymbals in the 128 are less distinct and "fuzzy" sounding.
