I can if I add a broad bass shelf to HEKse. I absolutely love that headphone. It is a resolution monster but also with natural timbre.

I have. I am in the process of 150 hour or so burn in. Out of box impressions were good, but feel there’s a lot to gain with this HP with proper burn in. Will get back here soon. It’s tough because I’m comparing a closed back out of the box with my HEKse. Not really fair. More to come.

Would love someone to compare the two in terms of bass and treble quantity. Quality not necessary. Based on my HEKse I know enough there.

For those who have felt the thin lambs give too broad a bass shelf. Not boomy but reaching too high up in FR for that person’s taste. Using very high quality EQ (prefer studio analog, NOT Schiit EQ), add in some 15 k. To my ears and with most recordings this is HEAVENLY. You never know til you...
