JDS Labs El Amp or THX AAA 789
Chain would be: Audio GD NFB 11.28 (DAC) -> DIY Tube Preamp (which I'm currently trying to design and I'm thinking about incorporating bluetooth) -> Headphone Amp -> Meze 99 Classics (but I'd love to get the Empyreans at some point in time) I know I can run my headphones off my phone or...- thisisnotaboutagirl

FiiO A5 or Chord Mojo
I don't know about that really. I tried the Hugo once with my CA Vegas and prefered the V30 DAC and HA2 amp combo. It might be different with the Mojo, but I'm judging strictly on the amp performance of the Mojo and A5.- thisisnotaboutagirl

FiiO A5 or Chord Mojo
Because if my DAC is good enough and A5 is comparable to the Mojo, then I might as well save some money and get the A5. But if the Mojo is actually better, than I might just get that instead.- thisisnotaboutagirl

FiiO A5 or Chord Mojo
I was thinking about getting a Mojo for a discounted price, but someone recommended that I get a FiiO A5 instead. On the specs page, the Mojo outputs 720mW at 8Ω and 35mW at 600Ω, and has an output impedance of 0.075Ω. The A5 outputs 800mW at 32Ω and 150mW at 300Ω, and has an output impedance...- thisisnotaboutagirl

IEMs to replace CA Vega
I don't use my Vegas nearly enough to justify its cost so I'll be selling them for something cheaper (PM if interested). The bass and soundstage of my Vegas were my favourite aspects. Budget: $150 USD but anything cheaper than that is desirable. I can maybe push it to $250 if they're really...- thisisnotaboutagirl

Radsone EarStudio ES100
slightly unrelated, but for the next revision, you should definitely make the play/pause button more discernible. A big button on the flat side like an MPOW bluetooth receiver would be good. Also, separate the next and back track buttons (in addition to making them more discernible).- thisisnotaboutagirl

Help: portable headphones with good sound
M40Xs are well regarded aren't they? They need a pad swap because the stock ones are really stiff.- thisisnotaboutagirl

Help: portable headphones with good sound
I really enjoy my Sony 1000X with a pad swap, but they might be a bit too bassy for you. MSR7s are pretty good but didn't have enough bass for my liking (I owned the momentum 2.0 for a while).- thisisnotaboutagirl

Need some help about Mojo and Senn HD660S
The mojo can't maintain its own power from a computer usb. As for power, it powers my 300Ω ZMF Auteurs very well so 660S's should be a breeze.- thisisnotaboutagirl
