    ER4 foam on E3C?

Headroom is out of the foamies, and being impatient, I was wondering if the ER4 (etymotic) foam would work on the E3's. Would there be any problems with sliding off easily, or do people do it often. Alternatly, a site that ships to canada and has the tips in stock would work wonders...

We need a signal or something

We already have that... It's called the HF-1... Who else could possibly know of or own it? Wear it with pride, and then when you want to know if someone else is a head-file, just point to them and wink.

What's the "smoothest" setup you've ever heard firsthand?

Tuberoller's Wheatfield HA2 (modified) plus stock cabled HD600 were really, really smooth together.

    Any good dancers here?

I enjoy a waltz, a tango, and I really love the rumba. But to really shine, I'd need a month of practice to clean up my timing and get back into the groove. But I love being able to put my partner exactly where she'll look best, where we'll have space to shine, and then let it happen.

    ALTEC LANSING MX5021

Go to your local musician's store, and pick up a cable with twin 1/4" mono connectors on one end, and a single 1/8" connector on the other. They should have 3', 6', 12' lengths (etc....). t'll be high enough quality, and nice and easy. It's not the cheapest way (homebuilt) but it's still...

ISO recommendations for a pc case and psu

Antec Sonata case+psu. It's got an extremely high quality power supply, great fit and finish for the case, good ergonomics. There's enough power in there for your PC with plenty to spare (you might need an upgrade if you were running 2GB or ram, SLI'd vid cards, and 4 HDD's). And then spend...

Anything. Though you might just try the better regarded cans out there, so the HD650 and the HF1.

Using an iPod with large cans

    Time for another Detroit meet??

I've trimmed down my can selection a little (just the HD580 and a pair of E2C). But I'm planning on making a set of cans using KSC75 drivers when they come in, so hopefully sometime mid/late january or later would be great. I'd love to get some more time hanging out with everyone.

    Stories about new toys!!

I got a bunch of nice little things to keep my room organized, a new tuque, and some electronics. Gave my sister a couple good books, dad a flying lesson, and mom a nice dinner out.

    Skiing appreciation thread

Went skiing a good 6 years ago and loved it, and then snow-boarding last year and loved it too. Can't wait until the next time we get to go. Still working on doing the easiest trails though... That's what happens when you only go for two days every six years.... Incidentally, anyone want...
