How about the Allen & Heath XD-40 ( I have their bigger brother xd2-53 and sound very good with electronic music ). I believe Audio Technica supplies the speakers for both models.. combined with the quality of Allen & Heath.. ;) Koss PortaPro seem to have good reviews for the price as well. Also...
