It used to go for 100 when launched now you can find it for 40-60 relatively often (when it actualky pop up) i got mine from an auction for $30 and for that price, man its a steal. Its neutral, has mid forward sound sig, and proper bass, its actually there. More than i thought it woukd from people's impressions, the treble is lacking so is detail. That, i expected. So far its one of the greatest deal i've ever got and this can easily compete with current 100-120 usd closed any day.

Finally the erfect time to write up a review for this favorite can of mine   Build: looks flimsy and minimal, but Very durable, mine has went through more than a year and still no problem despite few times fall from bed height, cable caught on something, still come out of it scotch free, the metal cover of the driver doesn't have any visible scratches, velour pads more durable than M40x Pleather, (well of course) and more breatheable, It's also very light, headband even with no cushion rest in between the thicker part, and my head sit perfectly...
  4. Grado Prestige Series SR60e Headphones

It's been half a year after I tried it out at my local Jaben store, I still remember how "magical" it feel back then, with the warm MA100 as my only full size headset back then, SR60e really introduce me to my fetish: few but tight bass, forward intimate mids and emphasis on it's treble with clarity and detail as its front.   With all my gear, SR60e is the one I turn to when I'm in "I want to listen for some music" mood. Small in size and easily transportable, though in tropical country like mine sweat definitely soaks up on the pads, sometime I...
  5. Plantronics BackBeat GO 2 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Earbuds - Retail Packaging - White

It's a fine earphones, and a great Bluetooth one for that matter. For the period of time since i bought it, I always wear it around my neck like a necklace, and it hasn't broke since... nowadays i use it as backup earphones whenever I think using my IM 50 a hassle, when It's raining, or just forgot to bring it... and Plantronic can make up for it in sound too, to explain it: A jack of all trades, but master of none, fine for any genre of music, but that's it. This will be a great headset for exercising and it durable to boot, what do you need more?
  6. Audio-Technica ATH-IM50 Dual symphonic-driver In-ear Monitor headphones

My second review in Head-Fi (first one of Sony MDR MA100 with different username), so please do be tolerant with me. After long debate of choosing this or Shure SE 215, I finally choose the IM 50 as my first purchase in IEM. There'll be few pints I'll state here as for the reasons for you people who's in some kind of similar situation 1. Form & Build: IM 50 has quite a bulky body that might irk some, but it has a sturdy design that everyone is used from Audio Technica products. AT made a new cables for the fairly new IM line, and it’s a great one...
  7. Sony MDR-MA100 Over the Head Style Headphones

Sony MDR MA series are all particularly similar, a series of comfortable, open back headset from Sony which look very simple. I found this MA100 for sale around $25, Have been reading good reviews of the MA900, I figured I as well buy the entry level model as my first purchase in Hi-Fi Audio. I’ve been regularly using it for a week now, so I figured I try giving my review here as there’s none yet. Comfort: Its very Light… sometimes I forgot that I’m wearing it, if not for the Unpadded headrest… It’s an open headphone, so heat doesn’t really linger...
