Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones
I just noticed my M1060's (rev 2) have cracks on all sides of the hinges. Anyone know Monoprice's policy on RMA's on items bought through JetCarrier?- Soundofmusic

Audeze LCD-2C Classic - Impressions Thread
How does the LCD-2C compare to the Focal Clear? Are they in separate leagues? I was really stunned when demoing the Utopia a year ago, and I'm feeling pretty "meh" about my current cans, the modded M1060.- Soundofmusic

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones
I finally applied the Vegan and napkin mod, had to use the bundled adhesive rings for the Vegans since there was so little residue left from the stock pads. It didn't look like my rev2's had recieved much treatment to the inner part of the wooden cups, if any. After modding there's still...- Soundofmusic

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones
I'm refraining from commenting on my perception of these headphones until after I've had a good burn-in (physical and mental), a lengthy session stock and then a while with the various mods. I can say that the Valhalla 2 doesn't do low impedance headphones like the X2 any favours, but I like it...- Soundofmusic

Monoprice Monolith M1060 and M560 Planar Headphones
With a 61cm (24 inches) head circumference, the headband is just barely large enough to fit on my head with the stock pads. I have the adjustment maxed out. I find the headband creates a hot spot after half an hour or so. Would prefer if it was with a straight material like the X2 instead of the...- Soundofmusic

Damn it I already ordered a MMCX balanced cable and I can't find any that looks like that connector on Venture Electronics / VECLAN, https://www.veclan.com/engappliance_sel_one?eng_ApplianceVo.eac_id=8 , the HE-400 / PM-1 connector seems to be the closest but I wouldn't think it would fit?- Soundofmusic

Man if they cancel my order and sell it to someone else after I've already ordered pads and a balanced cable and need the headphones to arrive to Borderlinx for joint shipping within 30 days, they're gonna get hell from me!- Soundofmusic

A forwarding service, gives you a personal U.S. mail address at their hub and forwards it to you. Most of them support combining multiple packages into one shipment with repacking to save volume, and take care of customs declarations for much less than DHL. Some of them also provide a concierge...- Soundofmusic

Hah, ordered, good luck I goofed around way past bedtime playing BF1 :D I didn't get the SPRINGY20 discount code to work though. Just use Paypal if you have an international credit card, it's safer anyway.- Soundofmusic
