yep, hiby know about the 1.4 update issue and are still working on a fix

So 1.4 firmware just got released, but when I tried to download and install in on my R3 Pro Saber, it downloads OTA, tries to install, restarts, and its still on 1.3. I might try the SD card firmware install, see if that helps

The detect limit it 20,000 tracks, but if you go to the files tab, you can access everything thats on the SD card, even over the 20,000 tracks

Got mine today, quick question, is there a part of the UI that tells you your total track count, or album count? I cant seem to find it

with the MSEB settings, you can really make them sound however you like, a bit warmer or crisper

I've done double blind tests with friends and co-workers, and found that balanced usually sounds better, how much better is relative, and its not just that power is usually higher from those outputs, there are many other factors that just make balanced sound better, I also record music at home...

Most DAP's just have a much higher power output via the balanced port, which is always a plus, and often also use both DAC chips from balanced ports, not to mention they generally just sound better

Hey guys, Ive been using my Fiio M11 with the FH7 Iem for about a year now, love the setup, but I've found myself getting over lugging around the player, as it is quite big and heavy. Its fantastic to have stunning sound and 2 SD slots, but came here as I'm thinking something like the Hiby R3...

Apparently they have, (5. Fixed issue where there might be interference noise when waking up the player from standby mode) but it was tricky to get the player to reproduce this issue, I discovered it myself during a headphone burn in test, woke up in the morning to an awful sound.

Id say try the Hiby player app, I have actually been using over the Fiio music app, the MSEB function is very good at adjusting to your taste, file scan is very fast, and the EQ is pretty robust, free app and very much worth checking out.
