Lucky to be alive... Hope this helps someone.

Very glad to hear you go things under control. Anxiety, especial severe forms, can really poison one's life. Also great to read you managed to do all of it without psychotropics.   Ultimately I am still benzodiazepine free, have been exercising and drumming alot and have been very good for...

Lucky to be alive... Hope this helps someone.

Quote: Yeah as crazy as it sounds I can believe that. Cold sweats and feeling like I had the flu happened almost every evening for about a month and a half, generally an hour before I was to take my evening dose of Clonazepam and got worse the longer I waited. 45 mins or so after taking...

Quote: Sorry to hear about your story and thanks for sharing.   It really does seem to be hell if you are on the wrong side of the bell curve when it comes to pharma...   This is absolutely key, and others have touched on it too - Know thy med... or poison as the FDA refers to...

Lucky to be alive... Hope this helps someone.

Quote: I never took Diazepam / Valium, I took clonazepam. They started me off in the hospital at 2x .5 mg daily and then I asked to get off it and they switched it to .5 daily. When they switched from 2x a day which was way to much down to .5 it was still too much in the sense morning...

    Audeze LCD-2 Orthos

Quote:   Where do you purchase time a time machine to make accurate comparisons like that?   I am having trouble on Ebay, Amazon, and even craigslist... well there are some on craigslist but they don't seem legit.

    Audeze LCD-2 Orthos

Quote: Oh yeah! I hear that.   However, I don't find I need an EQ since the vast majority of audio gear can't come close to touching the bass of these bad boys so just the stark contrast alone is good enough for me.   Now, when I am listening to Nero and Deadmau5 I do tend to get a...

    Audeze LCD-2 Orthos

The other measurements on headphone.com of the Rev 2 are very impressive.   Between the HE-6, HD 800 and LCD-2, the LCD-2 has the best square wave plots and was almost as good as the HD 800 in terms of distortion.   Would be nice like others said to have Rev-1 measurements on the site...

http://www.avguide.com/review/follow-audezes-rev-2-drivers-the-lcd-2-headphone-playback-47?page=2   They mention improved transient response, is there any objective proof of this yet?   Been out of the loop for a while lol.

Audio-GD Reference 7 - the new flagship DAC

How can one induce jitter then?   Like can I take my transport cable and shake it and hear a difference, other than mechanical noise? (serious question) Or like strap a vibrating razor or toothbrush to it?   I have a few transports, nothing high end by any means, but in addition to...

Audio-GD Reference 7 - the new flagship DAC

Quote: if the chip re-clocks everything to 50ps from my understanding it pretty much makes anything beyond that meaningless.   Doesn't matter if your source is 0 to over 9000 ps when the DAC will rearrange it automatically to 50, right?   It is like the PEA in chocolate that people...

    Audeze LCD-2 Orthos

Quote: not a world of difference, but certainly a difference...   The LCD-2 would be a D7000 with more present mids, highs not as "hot" and a "deeper" (not actually, just by contrast), but less midbass oriented low end.
