It doesn't affect my listening experience but I want to prevent it from untwisting and possibly getting tangled and torn apart.

Hey guys,   My ER4 wires becoming undone where the twisted pairs meet. Any recommendations on how to "glue" them back together and keep them from untwisting?

In my case, the Dac was still stuttering even after rebooting and replugging the Dac. Although I did use a use pass through with two different ports.

I was able to resolve it by restarting my comp. It was working before, so I was wondering why it started to stutter. Thanks anyways.

You guys know how to fix the stuttering issue when plugging the E07K into a PC USB port as a DAC? I tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers, and just the usual on-and-off and re-plugging it. Running windows 8.1 right now.

      Yeah I saw some grads and dads promo discounts, so I just brought the hf5s, some ear plugs, and the filters for about 150 USD. Thanks.

Anyone got a link to the red filters for the ER-4 with a good price? Seems like Etymotic's site is the only reputable place to get it.

It seems you have the S variant and someone already stated that an amp is recommended. I however opted for the PT variant.

I already have the hf5 for severals years now and sounds amazing even without the amp. Just heard the ER4 is more accurate. Thanks.

I've just ordered one of the ER4 series, but there are like 3-4 variants (there used to be an ER4-P variant). My question is the difference between these variants? I know on Etymotic's site describes each one, but I don't necessarily know they mean. Can anyone put it in layman's terms? I do know...
