  I currently have the Airmotiv 4's + HD 600 and I use them with my Audio GD NFB 10ES2. It gives the headphone/speakers a nice neutral sound, plus you'll be able to utilize the balanced cables for both of them :).

I definitely recommend looking into the audio gd NFB-10ES2 with balanced cables instead. Definitely give you better soundstaging, and detail.

There's this program equalify that you can use. It's a basic EQ, but it should help. If anyone has a better EQ I would love to know :D

I own a pair of 990's and I thought the treble was a little too bright especially when it came to orchestral music. But a simple EQ on 6k/10k frequency should do the job!
