Using my Headphone Amp in Japan
Sasaki, Thanks for the clarification! It looks like I'm right on the 50/60 Hz dividing line! I'll have to do some more checking, but so far my electronics show no problems. Thanks again for the clarification! --ROK3- ROK3

Using my Headphone Amp in Japan
I've lived near Yokohama for 3 years and have had no trouble with any US spec electronics functioning at the lowered voltage. I have a couple computers and a LCD projection TV that do not seem to be effected at all. As far as grounding goes I just keep my fingers crossed and buy extra...- ROK3

Good quarter to 1/8 inch adaptor?
I've got the Grado one from Headroom. It feels very sturdy. Sounds good to me, but I have nothing to compare it to. I don't mind the length of cable between the two connectors because I don't want too much pressure put on the female 1/8" connection at the amp end... Hope this helps --ROK- ROK3

iPod & portable amp users poll?
Can anyone comment on the quality of the lineout with the Sik Cable? How does it compare to that of the iRiver series or the Karma? I can't make up my mind which one to get and I'm torn up as to whether I should decide based on formats supported or quality of the lineout or maybe the fact...- ROK3

iRiver iHP-140 and future formats?

iRiver iHP-140 and future formats?
I was hoping some enterprising programmer might be in the process of writing something to support FLAC or APE! As for the manufacturer putting out firmware updates I've been waiting two years for Rio to fix the problems with my "Riot..." I wonder if their support for the Karma will be any...- ROK3

iRiver iHP-140 and future formats?
I was looking at the iRiver website last night after seeing the post about the sale and rebate on Amazon. One of the features that I found interesting was the upgradeable firmware. Could this be used to make the player play something like FLAC or APE files? Second question: Is the line out...- ROK3
