Thanks TacticalPenguin, I tried to get a picture of the earplug in and its surprisingly hard to take a picture of that. But I had someone look at my ear with it in and yes the last flange completely hangs out. I think the diameter of my ear canal is normal but they're just shallow?

I bought a pair of Grado's from audioshop's brick and morter store in Ottawa and I was able to talk them into price matching headroom's price after conversion to CAD. This was several years ago and in person so I dont know if they will now or by email, but I suppose it's worth a try.

I don't know about getting the drivers from Joe, but if I understand correctly Grado does the repairs in-house in Brooklyn, NY. I've had to ship my Grados there from Canada for repair.
