The only things that stopped me from getting a 32 GB touch were the price and my extreme dislike of iTunes. If neither of these things really bother you than I say go for it. The whole Wi-Fi and app thing is pretty great. Though I ended up with a 16GB D2 + 16GB sd card and am quite happy.
