2.20 is the latest fw as far as I know. It was just a hunch. The very first fw was a bit imprecise in terms of volume steps, but it improved over the past months. At least to my ears.

Are you running the latest firmware?

The second symbol from left contains "All songs". This one: Just change the play mode to "shuffle". Done

I have no idea what went wrong, so this is just a hunch: Make sure your update file is actually named "update" without any additional information (number, letter). "update1" or "updatexy"won't work.

They do, and I'm glad they do as I like that feature. And there's only a small chance that you press/hit the volume buttons unintentionally because they are so slim.

Once you receive the T800 give them some time. Don't judge them out of the box. I've been trying to reproduce the shrillness in treble I've found when I first listened to some classical music but haven't succeeded. It's gone. I tried every possible combination(tips, DAPs, cables). It's not there...

You might be fine if you enable the CUE setting.
