Is it just me or the SteelSeries Siebra V2 are PRETTY good?

I own the V2 only because I got them super cheap from onesaleaday. For the 30 bucks I paid for them they are ok'sh. I only wore them for earmuffs and while doing yardwork outside haha. They aren't that bad but clearly not the best under 100 bucks, not even close imo. There are several great cans...

The Takstar, Technical Pro, Gemini Greathon, CyberX, Qpad Thread

The 2050's continue to impress me, these things sound ridiculously good for the price. Still blown away. I'm at about 100 hours burn in now and while they were never harsh to me the highs have definately smoothed out some. I've used my friends dt990 and those are also very good but I found them...

So what are the latest budget headphones people are fawning over?

Quote: I'd like to add the Takstar HI2050 (~$55 usd) punches way above its price range, they sound fantastic. The Somic MH463 and EFI82 have also been getting some buzz.

    Colorfly C3 Discussion Thread

I find it funny if it is a fake, because it would still have to be a dap. Seems kinda silly to go through the trouble of making a fake c3 and using a lower quality audio processing chip just to save a few bucks, but we shall see. The other interesting thing is this seller accepts returns within...

I got the one off ebay for 40 bucks, it was shipped out. I'll post some pictures when I recieve it for comparison, see if we got a good deal or not...   One question I have is, can the c3 be opened easily? I'd imagine a quick way to see if it's genuine is to look at the internals.

Sandisk Clip Zip, Fuze+ or Clip+

Ebay has manufacturer refurb Fuze+ for 25 bucks with free shipping, seems like a decent deal for an 8g player if anyone is interested.   http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sandisk-Sansa-Fuze-Plus-8GB-MP3-Player-2-4-LCD-Screen-Touchpad-microSDHC-Slot-/390526168578

The Somic Thread--50mm driver open air full size cans pop out of nowhere, sound amazing

Ya you have to be careful where u buy from, it's like a large listing of chinese wholesalers on the site all trying to get you to buy in bulk from them. If you take the time and find a good seller though you should have no problems. Atleast I didn't....

The Somic Thread--50mm driver open air full size cans pop out of nowhere, sound amazing

Quote:   I recently used Aliexpress to grab a HI2050. Shipping is alittle slow and many of the sellers don't ship out immediately. You buy the product and most will ship within 3-7 days. Overall I had a pretty good experience. Product came relatively quickly after it was shipped and the...

Still very much digging the 2050's. Watched Dark Knight Rises with them and it was very enjoyable. Still can't believe I only payed 50 bucks for these. I feel like I owe someone money.

I snagged one too. I don't have an original to compare too though so hopefully someone else does. At that price I figured I'd risk it, says he even takes returns... haha.   I'm thinking it's a pricing mistake.

Saw this on Ebay.   Colorfly c3 for $40usd....   Tempted to risk it, might be a big pricing mistake but not sure.   http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-COLORFLY-C3-24bit-WAV-APE-FLAC-HiFi-MP3-Music-Player-with-retail-box-/230885344116?pt=US_Other_Pro_Audio&hash=item35c1d6c374

The Takstar, Technical Pro, Gemini Greathon, CyberX, Qpad Thread

I've been a lurker of Head-fi now for about a year. This site has showed me some amazing deals. Most recently the Ele-Dac, the MH1c, and a few other amazing items for the price. I've mostly been a IEM guy for awhile, but wanted to get a set of phones for home use. My buddy gave me his old...
