Hmm, well I do need open cans, due to some problems and I am willing to spend some money on an amp. The AD900 do sound good though, and how about the Ultrasones? I also read on a couple threads that the Shures are lacking bass too... Sucks i dont have anywhere to audition the phones here.

As of now i use the Creative Zen Vision M. Are the Fiio Amps any good? If their not great I'm probably going to lean towards the Icon Mobile or the Ibasso t4. Any suggestions on these?

How would you compare the Phonak's Bass to the X10? And I was considering the Atrio M5 but found it to be too pricey at around 180 - 190. As for the NE-7 i didn't know you could use it with just regular mp3 due to the fact that it has the microphone and has three rings instead of two.
