That's great to hear @antdroid ! I don't think anyone has made wooden cups except for me, I have made a CAD model of the cup to either CNC or 3d print but I've never done anything with it.- pauldgroot

Then there is my version which is a Version 2 with hand made wooden cups! The rarest version in existence. :o2smile: I can confirm this, I've been offering 3d-printed-replacement yokes for the HE-560 and HE-400i for the past year and while I've recieved quite a few requests last year I saw a...- pauldgroot

The firmware files I got are for all Pulse models and are version 2V0 dating April and September 2016. I assume no further work has been done on these since.- pauldgroot

I don't think he means the yokes but the plastic clamp that holds them to the metal headband. If you can't find a solution I'll probably be able to reproduce these and send them to you.- pauldgroot

Just to add, Jarek responded very promptly and sent me the firmware files to test. I will test if this solves my Pulse not getting recognized by Windows a lot of the times I power it up.- pauldgroot

I don't enjoy the HE-560 with default Focus pads for extended time, the Focus-A pads solve this. I've measured a big difference around the 4.5KHz region.- pauldgroot

Yes, I agree. However putting quite a lot of stress on a part that doesn't require it doesn't make much sense IMO. @antdroid Thanks a lot for letting me destroy your (broken) yokes and making me able to reproduce them. A lot of people are showing interest in these on Reddit and it feels good to...- pauldgroot

First batch of yokes came out great, switched to 0.1mm layer height to improve tolerances and reduce post processing time. Took a total of 9 hours to print these. Also made two videos on how to remove the metal pivot (caveman style) and reassemble the new part. Removing the pivot...- pauldgroot

@PantsUK :I looked into the shapeways thing and even have everything set-up and ready to sell but the products then manufacture have a grainy surface which would not be ideal if you'd want to glue two halves together seamlessly.- pauldgroot

I have a lot of faith in the strenght of this part, I can bend it quite far without fearing it might snap. Like I said, I designed the part to have less stress on it compared to the original which also help. I have a lot of faith in the strenght of this part, I can bend it quite far without...- pauldgroot
