Broken SE530s - what to do????

Sorry to bump this thread but the same thing happened to me (Right nozzle broke off). I contacted Shure Aus and they wanted to charge $317 for an out of warranty replacement. For that money I might as well upgrade to the SE535. Anyway just wonder what you ended up doing clickclickw00t? I'm still...

    Returned triple fi, now what?

I would go with the Shure SE530's they are the most comfortable IEMs I have worn however people say the UM2's are even more comfortable. Also the bass on the SE530's are very nice and controlled (although some say they might be a bit boomy). The mid range is amazing so crystal clear. I would say...

    cx300, ep630, mdr-ex75, AH C351

I got the cx400 for my Gym/Fitness rig and I'm pretty happy with them. There is a ton of bass although I wouldn't call it accurate at all, but for a cheap pair of earphones I don't really mind. They seem to take a bit of a beating. How are the sony's going?

IEM's For The Gym (and home use)

I use Sennheiser CX400's for my fitness rig. Sure they don't sound as good as my other IEMs but if anything were to happen to them I wouldn't be that bothered because they didn't cost that much. Also I don't need to worry about a proper seal they are comfortable and easy to put in and out.

    Shure SE530 Australian buyer?

I recently tried this with my E4's however they ask for proof of purchase which I did not have since I got them off ebay. Might be different in each geographic area Shure services. However for a $400+ earphone I don't want to risk it this time.

    Shure SE530 Australian buyer?

Hey guys, I've been doing research for the last week now and have been trying to decide between the Triple.fi's and the Se530's. Coming from the E4's I have decided that I should follow suit and upgrade to the SE530's. But this is where the problem comes in. The cheapest I have found...

Great post HellaChinese just what I needed to hear. I'm in the decision process of deciding between the SE530s and the Triple.fi's and I think you have just made my mind up. Just like you I am coming from the E4's which I have had for a solid 2 years however they are started to break down I...

Shure SE530 or Ultimate Ears Triple.Fi 10 Pro for iPhone?

Is there a way I can get the SE530's for a reasonable price without spending $500+ Australian dollars and buying them here. Because I just emailed soundearphones and they told me that Shure have restricted them from sending their products overseas. Does that mean if you somehow do get the...

Shure SE530 or Ultimate Ears Triple.Fi 10 Pro for iPhone?

I'm sort of in the same position. Have been tossing up between the Triple.fi's and the se530's ever since my e4's have been starting to play up (One ear drops out and needs to be hit to get working again). I was leaning towards the triple.fi's however I notice they only offer 1 year warranty...
