Is there difference between single & balanced from Adi 2 to thx 789? I have the exact same setup and currently using rca from dac to amp. Been wondering if I should I upgrade to balanced cable.

The B3 (2BA 1DD) is good. Less warm and easier to drive than E5000. Possibly a small step up from E5000 based on my brief listening.

Hi, how is the transient of that setup? I have a HD800 and SDAC now considering the 789 or maybe also bimby. I miss my previous Stax setup which is super fast.

I m surprised with that L700 is more detailed than the HD800. My L700 is doing very good with a KGST but I m still curious of the HD800, mainly for its out of the world soundstage. How about the low impact and the transient speed between this two? Thanks.
