Hey guys, my stock pads on my HE-4XX are coming apart. One side completely came unglued from the ring. Anyways, I want to replace them but don't know how to go about doing so? I don't want to spend much money on the replacements and I read some stuff about the Brainwavz HM5 pads fitting on them...

Thanks for the suggestion, I actually ended up ordering an atom amp and buying a second hand set of HE-4XX's from another Headfier on here! I actually love my HM5's and i'm by no means a bass head but I do feel like the low bass on them are a tad lacking but they sound great to me.

Out of the box these sounded better than I thought they would. I like them more than my brainwavz hm5's to be honest. I can't wait to get these modded.

Yeah, ive been reading some of it. Is the digital scale a must have? Also, do I have to get all these materials online? Or should most craft/retailers have them?
