That's true, I'm just a little skeptical about these cables because they're all made from China or hong Kong. Can a bad cable ever wreak the ear pieces if they were say bad quality or something?

Hey guys, My ie8 cables aren't working properly in that sometimes one ear piece isn't playing music and the other is and visa versa.  Do you think i should look for a replacement cable for it or just buy ie80s which are going for 280 on amazon right now.  Thanks

ive narrowed it down to ie8 or mtpg haha I'm not a fan of having the bass override the treble id rather have a nice balance between the two.  a large soundstage i cant really comment on because i have never really experienced a  large soundstage.  reading up on some threads ie8 have more bass...
