Audio Technica ATH- ES 10 Impressions Thread

It's not that hard. Just look at my photos.   1. Buy Pad with diameter of 90mm outer and 55mm inner. You can buy anything. Remember the outer can be 85 or 90mm. But the inner must be 55mm minimal. It can be up to 58-60mm. For me I used razer kraken pad.   Buy a thick double tape, cut it...

Yep, I already try it with my friend esw11. But the problem is the same. Comfort problem, hence I do the over ear pad mod, which is a lot more comfortable :)

HiFiMAN HM650 Portable Music Player Impressions Thread

I've sold my hm650 already. The sound is goood. Even have other 901 iem card on it sounds really great. TEAC HA-P90SD (To be released in Dec, 2014)

The 1602 has operational voltage of 2.25v-to18v whilst ad 8620 is from 5v to 24v. Do you think it will be compatible? Not to mention 1602 has rail to rail output. Can it really be replaced? If it can then what do you think about AD8066? It looks like also a best candidate too if it can be used.

TEAC HA-P90SD (To be released in Dec, 2014)

Already modding it with muses8832 on dac section. Have improvement on staging and more bright. But sadly has over power bass. Try it on ouput sec. There is a touble like a pulse sound coming out. Return it back to normal. Still finding a good synergy opamp. The mod is really risky. Take 5 hours...

The Altmann Tera Player - Thread

So much of the dellusion. What do you expect? If you pay so much than you will believe that it sound good to make you feel better of course. It's human nature. Don't get me wrong. I'v heard it for quite sometimes, from a friend when he bought around 1000 dollar second hand that time. It has one...

TEAC HA-P90SD (To be released in Dec, 2014)

Actually, muses is not warmer than the current opamp. It's almost equivalent. It just that current teac although has big soundstage, it tends to clump in the middle. I'm planning to uses muses 8832 to help overcome this, and it has bonus of more pronounced vocals and more balanced bass too...

TEAC HA-P90SD (To be released in Dec, 2014)

Thanks :D   If you see carefully, it uses total of 4 opa 1602, two in each side of PCB.   Current TEAC sound is very good already, but I mod it a little just to align it more with my sound preference :D   The onkyo counterpart uses the exact layout but different opamp (they uses muses...
