I have a question for those of you who have experience with both A105 and A306. When I owned A105, which I absolutely loved, the sound was kind of soft and lacked the oomph of A55. Did Sony fixed it in A300 series or is is about the same?

Just got WM1AM2 directly from Sony US. It's volume capped, I couldn't believe my ears. NW-A105 is much louder. We are talking 20-25 clicks difference. What a disappointment! On a positive note, I love its sound signature. Sending it back and ordering a Japanese version from eBay.
