Don't waste your money on anything else. Make the leap to the SE215's. You will be very satisfied.

It's too bad that you don't want a recommendation for the Shure SE215, as I think you would really like it. I admit the size and design is a bit cumbersome but that trade off is well worth it given the isolation and sound.
