It wouldn't fit unless you cut the case or had external setups like some of the people on the Pro thread. The V5s are a snug fit in my Bal2 and the V7s are much taller.

There is a Fiio Control app for iOS, does it not work with the KA17? I'd like to buy one, but that's a deal-breaker.

All my refunds showed up today, so I'll credit Bob with timely actions on refunds and I'm not going to slag him over that. But I'm off the hype train now. I didn't really need the Na-Le, but I was very interested to hear EH. But enough was enough for me.

I sent Bob an email over the weekend to cancel EH and Na-Le. He processed it right away, we'll see how long it takes to hit my cards. No other comment, just that it was "all done" and the automated cancellations followed right after that.

I use the EarFit Max ones, and they're great. They last forever, are very durable, and passed the fit test the first time. The Crystals were nice but they just didn't last.

Did you test out different gain levels? I have some cans that when I run on other amps balanced on high gain, it's not as musical, it's pretty much too much power since balanced is double (or more) vs single ended on these amps.

I can certainly see that point. I swapped for the hybrids, and Oratory's experience is absolutely not what I found. I think they tamed the highs and expanded the soundstage a bit.

I changed them over, it wasn't that hard. It's more of an adhesive than glue. The Dekonis come with new adhesives.
