How do these compare to the Soundmagic e10's? Thanks~

Hey everyone! As this is my first post on this wonderful site, forgive me if I'm being stupid. I purchased a pair of e10's a couple weeks ago, but the driver flex was so bad in the right ear that I sent it back. I'm pretty sure this is just an isolated problem but I am a tiny bit worried about...
