I have tried the FC-7 and the the hd-25-1. The fc7 was too painful to wear for an extended time and sounded ok from what I remember, the hd-25-1 sounded ok, but was overpriced for the sound. It sounds really boxy to me. No word on the k26, but that may be next on my hit list, just in time...

Honestly speaking ipod buds are good for buds. I have mx400 but still believe the ipods are better. Can anyone name a bud that is better than an ipod bud under $75?

This happens alot to me as well. I think a connection loosens over time...esp with ear buds since there are usually smaller connections and are taken on and off so many times.

Hello, I was in the market for a new amp. Somewhere in the $150 or less range. Considering the Portaphile (older vers), pa2v2, go-vibe. Is there any that I am missing? Or more importantly, I have heard that there are going to be a few portable amps released soon. Any worth waiting...

right now, i own a a500 and a dt770-80. neither of these will give great midrange. dt's are more energetic than a500's a500 are more comfy. I might look elsewhere based on the midrange factor alone.
