Can someone please recommend me an upgrade for DZAT-DF10s? I am in love with this IEMs sound signature and would love to try a "better" IEM with the same sound signature.

  Thank you for the detailed answer. I had no idea. Regarding resolution, I am sometimes using my DX50 as a DAC and using foobar2000 in Windows. I plug my headphones into DX50 (without and amp) and making sure the volume on Windows is 100%. In that case, still am I listening to a lower resolution?

Thank you for your answer. I have been using DX50 with HD650 and while I think DX50 drives it to an acceptable level, I am curious how much more it can benefit from an amp. Currently looking into portable amp options.

Hey, thank you for taking time and trying it out. It's a dealbreaker for me then. However, I think DX50 can drive HD650s at an acceptable level. Do I know nothing about amps and driving headphonesi or DX50 has a more powerful amp then NX1?

I recently started using DX50 and setting it up as DAC was pretty straightforward for me. After reading lots of posts here, I was expecting quite a hassle.

I had been using my HD650s with E10k and Schiit Vali for some time before trying them with Ibasso DX50. I plugged DX50 as DAC to my laptop and plugged HD650s straight into the DX50. And, yet again, I am amazed. How can it sound much much better from the previous setup? More detail, more lively...

  I have just received DX50 and it is well beyond my expectations. I never thought the difference between my smartphone (I know, I know) and DX50 would be so noticeable. And I think it drives HD650 just fine. I am so pleased with my purchase and I think it's time for Fiio E10k to go.
