If only apple could forget about showy design for a bit and put flac, vorbis, and gapless on there, they would truly have the best dap out there.

I have the e3s, and a little problem with microphonics while walking, but its not major. I run the cord down my back and really don't hear much unless I'm walking. Even then, my footsteps are that loud. Maybe I'm just catlike, tho

I don't use FLAC on my karma. I'd rather have all my music (100+gb in FLAC vs 16gb q5 vorbis) than perfect copies when I'm walking around campus. I've heard Vorbis has worse batt life than FLAC, but don't have anything to back it up. I usually use it for around 5-6hours/day, and then charge it...

If I remember correctly, the site that had correct Forge/Carbon info first was Rio's site, rioaudio.com. Until its up there, I'll remain a skeptic and enjoy my Karma.
