Woo Audio WA7TP (tube power supply) Impressions Thread
The Shuguang Natural Sound 12AU7-T matched pair can be bought from Shuguangs on ebay for about USD67 inclusive worldwide shipping. They also have a normal range for the 12AU7 at about 1/3 of the Natural Sound price.- mattelka

Woo Audio WA7TP (tube power supply) Impressions Thread
Hi guys (Dogmatrix / desertblues) I have very limited experience and don't write really well but I will try my best to describe what I am hearing from the WA7/tp with the recently acquired Shuguang Natural Sound 12AU7-T. These are very initial impressions, gleaned from just about 6 hours...- mattelka

WOO-HOOOO... WA7 "fireflies"!!!
@petezjunior The WA7's On/Off switch is left perpetually "On". The WA7tp's On/Off knob is used to toggle the units "On/Off". The main power socket is left perpertually "On" but not the WA7/WA7tp combo. Cannot explain why it works this way but it just does.- mattelka

WOO-HOOOO... WA7 "fireflies"!!!
I had a problem with the fuse getting blown. Eventually I found out that as long as I did not power off the main power source (AC supply) there were no issues with blown fuses.- mattelka

Audeze LCD-3 Impressions Thread
@Badas I don't know whether to say "wow" or "ouch" to your ability to hear up to 31K. To answer your questions: 1) The WA7 is more than powerful enough for any high impedance big cans (or low impedance IEMs with the alternative headphone jack) despite its small footprint. I usually have the...- mattelka

Audeze LCD-3 Impressions Thread
@Badas I am using a LCD3(F) with a WA7/WA7tp as one of my combination. As the LCD3(F) & WA7tp are fairly recent purchases, I have not really made up my mind yet. Don't get me wrong, as they are, that combination sound great already. For a more sustained period, I have been mainly listening...- mattelka

Woo Audio WA7TP (tube power supply) Impressions Thread
I got my WA7tp about 2 weeks ago and it is working fine without any of the negative issues highlighted by others previously. I am not really that good at describing what has improved in terms of sound but to put simply, everything seems more defined now. I would really hate to think that this is...- mattelka
