today my PM4 right connector became loose and lost sound. I never took it off regularly. At first it was hard to fit. But it's loose now. Have no idea.... what should I do? Can I get a new cable under warranty?

I noticed it too. For me the braided cable without memory wire sounds better.

I think my PM4 has finally  burned-in. I love it! I'm using gold-damp filter, spin-fit large tip. Wonderful detail and soundstage. Thank you Trinity Audio!

and why 2 braided cables? are they different other than ear guide?

OMG! Is the sound getting better? or does my brain start to like it? lol. I was worried last night, but look at me now!

All the tips are small for my ear. Can't get proper seal. So i'm using ostry tip, with wide bore. I have a question. Should the cable connector be fully flushed to the socket?

just spent few hours with my PM4. wow @Bobtrinity! it's a BIG sound!!! That's what comes to my mind. Really enjoying the soundstage. But vocals are bit weird actually, bit fuzzy. Is it normal or will get better after? Thanks for the great discount!

Not really. I like gun metal filter. It has a plenty of bass for me. I'm actually glad now the bass got cleaned up after few hours of pink noise. I'm coming from an Ostry kc06A. The bass on those had a clean impact. pm4 has a thick bass, with more upper bass. I will get used to it in no time...

Got mine yesterday. Initial thoughts, impressive soundstage! But the bass is not so impressive. I like the the gun metal filters. Bass is not refined yet. So will give it a burn in.  Can anyone comment on the bass after burn-in? Does is improve?

It seems that my estimation (Dec 1st) is going to be real lol....... still haven't received it haha.....
