Thanks @sander99 ... My guess is... He most likely didn't have the Listening Room loading set to "only Atmos"... So the audio was defaulting to a PCM room... Which did not have "Stereo" enabled in the "configure" section of the listening room. There's a lot of information the animated GIF...

I just did a quick test for you... You can create a listening room using one of the few X.2.X layouts and turn on BM (bass management) in the Configure section of the listening room. This will simultaneously activate both the BBC or Surrey SW and SW2 channels. This should fix your SW imbalance...

IMO... It depends on the mode of the VM-1a when comparing the Jot R... Ultra linear is close... But not as close as the VM-1a and the Tl-1a/b in the same mode.

This was the info I was given from @Aleksandar R. about cable use with the SR1a/Jot R combo. Wondering if this applies to the Immanis and Magna as well.

Ah... If your system is level matched and calibrated... One thing you can do is... Sit at the main listening position with the mics in your ears. During the level calibration (not noise.wav) portion of the video... Turn up the volume on the AVR until the levels are in the green. If you system is...

Ok... So I quickly rain async file room49... I too am seeing similar results... Even with the volume quite high. As you can see... The mic gain did increase to 3 after level calibration.. but the recording levels did not even come close to the green. I wish I could help more... But I need...
