NOBLE CABLE CONTEST - WIN A NOBLE 6W

My guess is 60.3 Ib   68.6Ib   And 48.3Ib.   I believe that they are able to take at least 20KGs of weight in case people accidentally pull on it.

Who still has the Sony SA5000?

Not to mention ed that it look mint and comes with box and stand. However he only sell it to Conus. I got one too and I like it more than my T1. Mainly because I like using it on my phone than an actual setup. Anyone here knows if driving it balance would make a night and day difference?

Who still has the Sony SA5000?

SA5000 are much more details, and the best imaging in the headphones I have own and tried (D7000, T1, W1000x). It puts you in the music and sometimes quite forward sounding.   The PFR-V1 which I also have together with the SA5000 now,  PFR-V1 sounds with better soundstage (SA5000 does not...

    Defective T1's?

I too have the problems with my T1, firstly it was a defective left driver, having some buzzing at a low end frequency when it is also above some decibel.   After sending to Germany for inspection, not too long after, the jack start to have problems and causes the right driver to lost sound...

    Sony PFR-V1 review

I would also agree that the Sony is quite underrated and not known by many.   But the soundstage and imaging is beyond those at the same price range, say 300 to 500 USD.   I love the non contact comfort and the only time I complain is that I need them with my glasses on, without glasses...

    Sennheiser HD800 vs Sony SA5000?

Anyone here has anything to say about W1000x vs the SA5000?   Interested to know, in terms of transparency (feeling that your are in the real place without the headphone on you) and musicality/PRAT.   My IEM for comparison has the Shure SE530 as a warm and sweeter presentation, slightly...

Ortofon eQ5 in review - possibly the last earphone a man (or woman) could ever want in his (or her) collection. Approved by Lorretta, Judean People's Front

I briefly tried the W4 and have the EQ5.   First impression, W4 sounded like enhanced Shure Se530, with existing high (Treble) and plentiful Bass (Not to the extend of Basshead though).   Moving from Shure Se530 to EQ5 did let me down by a lot. It didn't have adequate amount of Bass...

Ortofon eQ5 in review - possibly the last earphone a man (or woman) could ever want in his (or her) collection. Approved by Lorretta, Judean People's Front

Hi Shigzeo,   Thanks for the reply. That being said, the CK10 is well suited for vocal and especially female vocals (due to liquid mids and a more pronounced highs? If I understood well).   Where the Ortofon is better overall especially if one tends prefer simple insertion. It makes...

Hi Shigzeo,   May I ask how does CK10 and EQ5 compared?   I owned the EQ5 and agree with what you have mentioned, but am interested in the AT CK10 as my experience with AT has been the nice vocal presentation.   Could you do a brief comparison between them two?   Thanks in advance.

Beyer T1 vs ATH W1000x vs Ultrasone Edition 8 Palladium vs D7000 comparisons coming shortly..

I own both W1000x and D7000 with JMoney pad.   In my opinion, D7000 sounded more natural in overall spectrum, the sound stage and imaging presented is more realistic than W1000x, where W1000x also present the sound stage smaller.   However W1000x has forwarded mid, thus for me it brings...
