The seller i used in UK recieved my 'phones today, and they contacted Phonak who will send me a replacement pair direct. Good work Phonak

@centrefold... ....jeeez, that could be a picture of my L 'phone. The crack and defect is pretty much identical to yours. Like i said, that was after 3-4w in possession, and i would guess no more than 10-15hrs usage.

Crack --> chip, left earpiece, similar position to those noted before. PFEs with mic, black 3weeks old. Hopefully my turnaround will be as fast as others

And for my first post i would like to announce my purchase of the PFEs :P 2 days in and enjoying them immensely. Its my first foray into IEMs so have nothing of any note to compare them with, but i cant seem to put them down. Using my gfs iRiver Clix2 as source until i can decide on what DAP...
