iFi audio iDSD Diablo - A portable reference done our way!
Sure! I know there are other ones but knowing this company post a warning, I would feel less confident to take a chance on other companies who don't mention incompatibility with the Diablo. Here's the link...- kaufex

iFi audio iDSD Diablo - A portable reference done our way!
My Hifiman HE6se V2 comes with a XLR cable and 1/4" adapter for single ended devices. I would like to get an 4.4mm adapter. One of a product description on Amazon has this warning: Suitable for portable players, if you want to use it in the amplifier, please check it whether it is matched...- kaufex

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
Yes optimal sound is disputable. Had to change my wording but it was already too late. Lol. Anyway, from what I've read, 7.4 (or 8v) would be ideal but because my Mojo is powered only through USB, can I use it as DAC only and use an external amp to get the "best sound" that way? The Mojo's...- kaufex

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
Hey guys! I've heard that Mojo needs 7.4v to sound its best when modded without using its internal battery. I've disconnected the battery cable but won't go any further to mod my Mojo. In that case, can I use my slightly modded Mojo in conjunction with an external amp to avoid sound degradation ?- kaufex

Fostex TH900 Impressions & Discussion Thread
I would like to hear how Fostex intends the sound should come out and yes, it sounds good just the way it is BUT does Fostex intend to have the earpads thicker in the front and thinner in the back?? I assume it suppose to be the other way around. It just seems strange the angle is the other...- kaufex

Fostex TH900 Impressions & Discussion Thread
Hey Guys! Which way is the earpads? I assumed the stock earpads are supposed to be thicker at the back and thinner at the front. After a couple of years using my Fostex TH900 ii, I've just noticed that the earpads seems reverse where the front is thicker! That's how I got mine brand new...- kaufex

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
I'd like to share a little story I had with my SE846. A couple of weeks ago, I was trying to change my ringtone while wearing my SE846. Unfortunately, I thought the media volume was the same as the ringtone volume on my phone. When I changed the ringtone, I was in full volume blast in my ears...- kaufex

HELP!!! Is there a point where a HEARING IMPAIRED person can no longer enjoy and benefit from AUDIOPHILE equipment??
Peterinvan, tinnitus is very bad especially if you enjoy listening to music. Is like a person who loves to hike but have knee problems. If I had your condition, I would probably pay the price to listen a little bit of music every now and then. Once in a blue moon I do suffer a little bit...- kaufex

Quesion about Y-splitters: Color-coded vs unmarked
I am happy with my current amp. The reason why I am considering another amp is because another headfier suggested another amp with a splitter than having a headphone splitter. If I am not losing too much sound quality by using a headphone splitter with volume control for 2 headphones with one...- kaufex
