As an update, I swapped out my Blue Jeans USB cable for a $3 cable from my local electronics store and haven't had an issue yet... doesn't seem to have been OSX or DAC related as far as I can tell based on my testing.

There are 4 ports and I've tried them all with no luck... no other USB devices are attached. Very odd and annoying... I'm going to return this USB hub though! :)   Justin

Thanks. I went through the list and the only thing I was missing was that I had Bluetooth enabled. I disabled it and will see how it goes...
