    Thankyou I thought the same about battery issue.. My phone is Samsung S5((Octa core-Exynos version) which has Wolfson DAC..So I think I should connect directly to the speakers as you mentioned.... Also If im using a Sony bluetooth dongle to connect to speakers would there be any difference...

    Have you tried it? The ATH-WS99BT with its Original earpads are completely portable because the earpads are small, more like On ear instead of Over ear..   But if you add Hm5 earpads its a bit large but the sound quality surpasses everything..

      Its been a while since I checked this thread...Came to see if there are any better headphones than ATH-WS99BT..I think No for another couple of years..   you are going to buy a costly headphone once, so buy the best..   ATH-WS99BT + Brainwavz HM5 earpads + Viper4Android app = A sound...

    Definitely worth it...But be sure to also buy a brainwavz hm5 earpads for them, It will fit very perfectly and its very very comfortable than the stock earpads on the WS99BT which is more like On-ear instead of Over-ear..   So HM5 is a must and you also get better bass..
