I'm thinking of buying the TF10s, but I'm slightly concerned about the recessed mids. Some say that it's not so bad. Will my Fiio e6 amp resolve this issue?

I listen to alternative rock more than I listen to electronica. I've heard the TF10's mids are recessed, but will this issue be resolved by using my fiio e6? Which ones do you think are more suited for alt. rock (Coldplay, Smashing Pumpkins, Frank Zappa, etc...)?

would super glue stop the TF10's cables from breaking?

I've heard that the tf10's cables break easily...  I can just turn on the bass boost on my amp, would that help the GR07?

A few more notes for you to consider: They have to be somewhat fun-sounding, for those techno tracks. I listen to a lot of downtempo too, and the 'phones have to be detailed in every frequency.

So I was looking around on Amazon today when I saw that the  Sennheiser HD 650s had bumped up from $350 to $478! And the 595s had also gone up in price a significant amount. Is there a reason for this? I don't get it. I sure hope the 650s go back down some time soon.

Hey I read the review, thanks. It's too bad that the trebles are recessed, though, these earbuds look really nice. Although I'm not too surprised that these headphones are mostly for the looks.

I was browsing the Apple store when I saw a particularly interesting pair of IEMS called the Marshall Minor FX. They're $65 and I was wondering if anyone here has tried them and if they think they're worth the money. Are they all looks and no bang?
