The Philips S2 are great buy under this budget and they offers remote microphone good punchy bass,very detailed mids, highs, and overall sound very detailed, warm, fun to listen. Other IEMs like GR07, Sennheiser IE80, SM3 are also good buy and you can add Fiio remote control, Microphone (AMPs)...

The iBasso D7 is amazing if using with laptop only and if need for portable use too then D42 is great buy, Both sound better than Fiio and many other DAC/AMPs in this price range.

IMO JVC FX700, GR07, Westone 3, Sennheiser IE8/IE80 cables are pretty good to take that kind of stuff and they are very good sounding too for the price. Also Sony EX1000 has replace cable and they sound amazing for the price with very good built quality.

IMO if you buy used JH13Pro, Westone ES5, UM Miracle around this price range and then you can send them for reshell later and they willbe much better sounding than basic price CIEMs.

The V-Moda M80 are best for portable use if need bass and very detailed soundquality but few other headphones like Klipscvh Image ONE, Sony XB series, Panasonic on ear and JVC onear pretty good sounding with good punchy bass.

The GR07 are better sounding than most in that price and they offers crisp clear soundquality, wide open soundstage and punchy bass(highly recommended), GR07 BE has even more bass.

The X10 are better sounding with deeper reverbing bass, overall warm sounding like Grado headphones and offers very detailed mids, highs and fairly wide soundstage(highly recommended). But if you want more bassy clearer sounding IEMs then TF10Pro, GR07 are even better sounding with bigger...

The Sony XB90EX(very detailed yet very bassy), JVC FX3X(big punchy bass), Turbine(deep reverbing heavy bass) and UE350i(punchy bass) are pretty good bassy IEMs with very good soundquality.

IMO Shure SE535, UM3x, ATH-CK100Pro and W4 are amazing for the price and they are upgrade over TF10Pro with better built quality.

The XB90EX are amazing (bigger better bass than most IEMs with detailed mids, high) for the price but others IEMs like Turbine(need long burn in but they amazingly rumble deep bass), JVC FXD80, JVC FX3X and Skullcandy FIX are also great buy.

If you want very detailed sound with tight punchy bass, more instrument separation then Koss Porta Pro are amazing for the price. They (Koss Porta Pro) are on ear and not very stylish but they sound very good and compare to Tour, Tour sound more bassy but not detailed.

The GR07 has amazing sounquality and they are better upgrade over FXT90 with tighter punchy bass, wider soundstage, crisp clear mids, highs(not extended as JVC) and better instruments separation. They(GR07)are lively, dynamic, fun, warm and very detailed IEMs with great built quality and they...

The Miracle, ES5 willbe best option if need highly detailed sound and punchy bass with great imaging. But new or used JH16Pro for reshell willbe even better if need wider soundstage, punchier bass and extended highs with great high resolution mids.
