I don't think that is the case. I have shipped to UM three times, 2 times registered and once EMS. The email notification i got from Sam or other Um staff was accurate to the online tracking 2days. But when i sent with registered mail it took over 2weeks. Maybe because they only collect packages...

Finally got my refit back of Um2, finally it fit right and very noticeable difference with a good seal. I will try post few picture in next few days!

If you are not concern about the turnover time for the remold, and a bit higher price. Go for UM. If you worry about the remold progress and need the communication and turnover go Fisher. As for quality you can just compare the 2 appreciation threads from fisher and UM

i order the es3 cable, its very nice same as the other westone cable. But not sure about the ue cable.
