HD800 + WA5 with Takatsuki 300B and Takatsuki 274B is absolutely amazing. I have only the standard tubes to compare to, but the difference is night and day. Highly recommend the combo.

I ordered the Sylvania for the WA5 but got the GE instead. Is it a better or a worse tube? Does anyone have any experience with these two tubes.

Well that's good news since the shop I am going to has both Audezes, th 900 and He 6 but not the 560s.

What about the 560, are they worth considering or are they over hyped? I have read a few review that suggest they are better the Audeze Lcd X. I don't think I will have the chance to audition them and don't want to gloss over them if they actually do live up to the hype. 

I guess I will just audition all 3 Audeze see which ones I like more.

I never heard any Audeze but I was under the impression that Lcd 3 was a better version of Lcd 2. What makes the 2 better then the 3.

Thanks for your suggestions. I have the conductor and wa5 (w/ parts upgrade). As for Grado's, I heard the Ps 1000 and was disappointed by the sound quality and the fit/build quality.

Im looking for good vocals and good bass. Not interested in anything for outside home use.
