Haha regardless of the need to burn-in, these sound great. It's probably more of the brain burn-in that you need.   FYI I ordered through amazon and no customs were charged. They just arrived on my door and that was it.

I might order the Sabre DAC for this. Does anyone think there is a difference between the asynchronous version and regular version for these headphones?

I'm ABing two sets of S680's. The red has been burned in with the wave file for 90+ hours, and the black one has zero burn in.   On initial impression, I thought these headphones were VERY veiled, so I burned it in for 80 hours first. I thought the burn-in process actually did help. Especially...
