So currently I have it set for High Gain for 64~300ohms headsets for my 300 ohm HD 650. I was wondering if people have it on 300~600 ohms.    Can having a higher impedance setting than your headphones damage the headphones?

I saw this other dude who could change the audio channels in the main Xonar Control panel. However I don't get that option http://i.imgur.com/OgyCIJx.png . Worth to mention is that I use the Headphone Out Port and I don't have an amp.

I've attached the Essence STX soundcard to the motherboard and plugged my HD650's into it. I've also selected Hi-Fi from the DSP modes on the soundcard because I feel that mode gives the best sound for music. The sound is good and all, but is there something I've forgot doing? I'm sure it is. I...

You could always use the mic on the 360s and just use the 650s for gaming.

The main reason I bought the STX was so that I had enough power to drive my new HD650 on my PC. I was basically just hoping the STX would be good for positional audio with my PC350s aswell.

What did you end up with? I just got my PC350SE because they are closed and i want to bring them to big LANs where there is a lot of backround noise

I recently ordered the two because I've also gotten the HD650'S and the STX is said to be one of the best soundcards for music(with built-in amp which should be quite good). But many people say they're not good for gaming. I'm looking for good positional audio as I play a lot of CS;GO...

I recently got a little into audio and think it's interesting with all the headphones there is out there. Is there any video that takes you into where Sennheiser or Audio Technica headphones are being produced or something like that? I tend to just open up YouTube on watch reviews on headphones...

Seems like DT's are the way to go. What does the DT's have that the HD650's don't, in the electronic genre?
