For me it is important that a new product provides me with a deeper and broader soundstage through my headphones as well. When it comes to tonality, we are all there where we want to be with current mscaler. Soundstage is important.

It is my educated guess that there will be something new in terms of upscaling for dave.

Thanks Rob, that was what I do feel as well. I have tried many dacs and headphones in the past. No other DAC came close to Dave HMS. I am looking forward to 2022 and what's next. Cheers.

The sp2000 is a major improvement over the 1000 as ak has radically changed the amp design. The next step will be a minor one.
