Today, left ear has a 50% lower volume than the right. I am guessing this is due to wax. Help!

Put the left piece over the ear, twist counter clockwise and insert. Put right piece over twist clockwise, insert. One or two twists is sufficient. Adjust chin slider as needed. Usually a quarter way up

On my thinkpad, the GR07 sounds lush, butter smooth. On my HTC Amaze running Android, its crisp, but lacking the body.. but then, i installed DSP Manager, enable Head Virtual Room Effect and set the Room Type to stage, and WOW is the best way to describe.   

These appears to be better. Will definately get it at some point. Although, it is another piece to carry around. For now, this technique works fine, the wire does not roll off from ears anymore.

I stopped using the ear guides, too much hassle. when you put the wire over your ears, turn the left ear piece counter clockwise once or twice then insert, do same for the right, but clockwise.
