    my GS3 dint have that problem,but i think maybe your S-pen causing problem~~~~ or you can try another OTG cable,last time my OTG cause some disturbing noise and disappeared after i change another....

    i just bought d-zero yesterday and tried it on my samsung S3 using DAC+Amp mode. Very satisfied for the performance~~
